Premix (ready mix wet system) Batching Plant

The project is being done  in Israel, at the Dead Sea ( -400m below sea level ) and it will be run over 3 years. during this time, the plant will produce over 500,000 cub of concrete. An issue to be noted is is that the water which is being used to produce the concrete is a salt water with a high content of salinity. This is the first time in the world that concrete has been produced with salt water. The concrete will reinforce pool no 5 . It is the pool which all the hotel & tourist attractions are built on. During the last years the water level of that pool is gradually increasing and thus it is high high priority that the walls of the pool be reinforced.
